ToolzPad Terms of Use

Applies to: ToolzPad for iPhone and iPad, and ToolzPad Desktop for Mac (together, "the Apps").

Provider: Muhammad Zaid Taufiq Yasyaf, the seller shown on the App Store listing, trading as uncle-z.com ("we", "us").

Please read these terms before using the Apps. By downloading or using the Apps you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

1. Apple's terms also apply

You buy and download the Apps from the Apple App Store. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the Apps, together with these terms. If these terms conflict with Apple's, Apple's terms apply where the law requires. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Apps on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, rent or create derivative works of the Apps, except where the law allows it.

3. Price and payment

The Apps are sold as a one-time purchase. The price is shown in the App Store. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.

4. Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its refund policy. We do not offer a separate refund.

5. Updates

The Apps check the App Store for newer versions when they open. Updates are installed through the App Store. We may change, add or remove features and tools. We are not obliged to keep any tool working on every operating system version, but we will state the minimum supported version in the App Store listing.

6. What the Apps do and do not do

The Apps are a set of utility tools that run on your device. They are provided as general-purpose tools. Some specific limits:

• InvoiceZ creates invoices and calculates totals from the figures you enter. It is not tax, accounting or legal advice, and you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of every invoice you issue.
• TipZ and UnitZ, CalcZ and other calculators give results from the numbers you enter. Check important results before you rely on them.
• PassZ generates passwords on your device. You are responsible for the strength of the passwords you choose to use. We do not store generated passwords.
• PingZ tests whether a host responds. It does not guarantee your network or the host's security.
• CompassZ shows heading and coordinate calculations. Do not use it as your only tool for navigation or for safety-critical decisions.
• ScanZ, QRZ, EraseZ and other tools that recognise text, codes or objects may be inaccurate. Check results before you rely on them.
• EraseZ's AI background removal and similar features may produce imperfect results.
• ConvertZ, ShrinkZ, DocZ, GifZ and WatermarkZ change your files. Keep copies of originals.

7. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the files, photos, text and other content you process with the Apps, and for having the rights to do so. Do not use the Apps to process content you are not allowed to process, to infringe others' rights, or to break the law. We do not see your content, so we cannot review it.

8. Third-party services

• Apple provides the App Store, StoreKit and the update lookup described in the privacy policy.
• The MCP server in ToolzPad Desktop can send tool outputs to an AI assistant you connect. That assistant's provider is responsible for how it handles the data under its own terms.
• Websites or hosts you contact with PingZ are not operated by us.

9. Availability and support

We try to keep the Apps working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that they will suit every purpose. Support is provided by email at hello@uncle-z.com and through the App Store support page. We may end support for an App version after a newer version is released.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent the law allows, the Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty or right that the law of your country does not allow us to exclude.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits or business interruption arising from your use of the Apps. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Apps is limited to the amount you paid for the Apps. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it.

12. Indemnity

You will be responsible for claims that arise from your misuse of the Apps or from content you process with them, to the extent the law allows.

13. Intellectual property

The Apps, their names, icons, designs and code belong to us or our licensors. "ToolzPad", "ToolzMac" and tool names such as "ScanZ" are our names. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, App Store and related marks belong to Apple.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Apps and delete them at any time. We may end your licence if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the Apps.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith by email at hello@uncle-z.com. If it is not resolved, the courts of the Republic of Indonesia will decide it. Nothing in this clause limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and the current version is always at this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Apps.
